Every number this site produces is an educational approximation. It is not a prediction, valuation, quote, or advice of any kind. No output from any ClaimLedge tool should be relied upon to negotiate a settlement, plead a case, purchase or forgo insurance, or make any decision with legal or financial consequences.

ClaimLedge is not a law firm, does not employ your attorney, and does not practice law. Settlement, penalty, and severance figures are produced by simplified mathematical models (e.g., the multiplier method) using generalized inputs. Statutes and rates change

Fine schedules, negligence regimes, suspension periods, and insurance rating factors change with legislative sessions, court rules, and carrier rate filings. We update model inputs periodically, but any figure may be outdated at the moment you read it. The "last updated" marker on each page tells you when its model was last reviewed — treat anything older than your jurisdiction's most recent legislative session with caution.
